Diana is a self-taught artist, and started seriously working on her art in February of 2005 after having a kidney removed due to cancer. She has entered a couple of art shows and has done well. She is proud to be a contributing artist to the 2007 Egyptian Event of the Pyramid Society, helping to introduce newcomers to the Arabian Horse, and is currently working on pieces for the local racetrack.
She is currently being shown at Native Desert and the Center for the Arts in Hobbs, and is looking for further gallery representation. She recently won Best in Class at the Lea County Fair Art Show and a second at the Fall Open Show of the Llano Estacado Art Association. She is a member of the Llano Estacado Art Association, the Equine Art Guild, and the Pastel Society of New Mexico. She also accepts equine commissions and has begun doing pet portraits..
Each one of my pieces is different and are original works. Prices include professional framing. I try to select frames which compliment the painting and when you receive it, it will be ready to be displayed and enjoyed. Prices do not include shipping costs.
