From the beginning of her career, the sport horse industry has been Beverly Zimmer’s target. Her sculpture has been chosen above others to portray these athletic horses due to her understanding of their work. Yet, these powerful forms have the most sensitive feeling about them. Beverly believes that these soulful expressions in her work come from years of seeing horses in training, play, breeding, birthing, and death.
